Residential:  Full seller, buyer and rental services.  We welcome residential agents to experience what it's like to be a part of a brokerage that really works towards agent success.

Commercial:  Full seller, buyer and lease services in commercial markets.  Commercial agents are encouraged to join.  Our tools are also provided to commercial agents.

Property Management:  We provide comprehensive services to HOA, condo management, residential properties, storage facilities, industrial and specialty property management.

No:  There are no requirements to join national, state, or local boards. In the State of Connecticut real estate licensing does not mandate board membership.   However, you must ensure that your CE (continuing education) requirements are met as you would normally.

Yes:  Blue Chip Properties maintains membership to one of the largest MLS services in the nation.  As a Blue Chip Agent, you will have that option to join and cancel as needed.  There are no quarterly fees required.  It is MLS on demand.
